Shipping and Returns

At this time, FrogWorks, Inc. only ships merchandise to locations within the United States through the website. We will ship to areas outside the United States at your cost. You can place your International Order via email at info@frogworks.us or by phone, 303-973.8848.

Orders will typically ship within 1 - 2 business days unless an item is backordered. If your item is backordered we will notify you. Please ensure that all the information you provide is complete and accurate to avoid any delays in shipping.

Sales Tax

For Colorado Residence only; FrogWorks, Inc. charges sales tax for products ordered on this website based on the applicable state sales tax rate for the location to which the order is being shipped.

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with FrogWorks, Inc. we appreciate your business. Please inspect your order carefully for damage that may have happened during shipping and for the order's accuracy. If you encounter a problem, please contact us immediately in order to fix the issue as quickly as possible.

We have a 14-day return policy. All returned products must be unused, in resalable condition, and come with the original packaging. FrogWorks' essential oils can only be returned if the protective seal is not broken. FrogWorks' coursebook is not returnable.

To make a return, all customers must contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any product(s). We will not accept any product(s) if it does not have an RMA number. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The shipping charges will not be refunded, and the customer pays return shipping charges on all returns.
