When I walk in the woods and fields during the winter trying to identify the plants in their dormant phases, I whisper to them, "Looking forward to seeing you in spring," just as I look forward to you joining me for classes this year. ~ Frances
Stay Tuned For Online Classes - Working With Essential Oils for You and Your Animals
Online classes are in development. Over the past two years, I was immersed in research, enrolling in webinars from chemists, biology and pharmacology of essential oils specialists. I am very excited about all the new information implemented in our online courses.
Through this process, one of the things I have learned while working on the online course is things take longer than you think.
I truly believed completing the lessons would take a few months, but it has turned into a few years. And when completed, it will be a fantastic discovery for everyone. As a result, the course work represents the present discoveries of working with plants and essential oils for you and your animals.
We are currently working on the full description, uplaoding to the website, pricing, and dates.
Please send us an email telling us you would like to receive a notification when the online course is available. FrogWorks’ Contact Form

In this hands-on workshop, we will make plant-based herbal tonics such as a sore throat and cough spray, Rosemary Gladstar’s famous “Fire Cider”, yummy teas, and an essential oil healing room spray. And much, much more!
Every year we make a new mystery product, will it be an elderberry elixir or cough drops?
So come, create and have fun in a community type environment while making your “herbal medicines”.
If you have never taken this workshop, we highly recommend taking the second class in our “Working With The Plants” series. You will learn about all the plants we will be working with during the Winter Health Workshop. It is not required, but it will give you a good knowledge base.

Working With Plants (Class Two)
Each class you will discover new plants and essential oils. You can choose to take one class or both classes.
My goal is to give you the basics and guide you along the way to the relationship you wish to have with the plants. Maybe you will be the neighborhood herbalist or want to take your studies into a specific area such as women's health, men’s health, animal health, shamanism, traditional chinese medicine, or product creation.
I want you to learn the beauty of the plants. I want you to see how they can enhance your everyday life by making your medicines, finding comfort sitting or working in a garden. I hope you will notice all the plants around you and feel their energy when you are walking in nature. Plants bring peace to our lives, and they are very medicinal. I hope to enhance your connection to mother earth and teach you to help her keep the plants healthy so they can keep us healthy.
By enhancing your connection to the earth, we can protect our environment and keep the plants as a vital source in our lives.
What we’ll do in this class:
We will discuss herbs and roots that will support you throughout the winter and into early spring and ways to use them
Learn how to harvest a root from the garden and make a root tincture from it
You will also create a cleansing essential oil room spray
